Nightshift

Support

Last updated: 3 August 2026.

Nightshift Software is one person, so support is email rather than a ticket queue with a phone number attached. We aim to reply within two working days, and usually manage sooner. If something is broken and costing you money, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.

Which address

AboutWrite to
Rolegend
An AI Game Master for solo tabletop role-playing campaigns.
support@rolegend.com
Masquerade AI
Customer support agents that follow process scripts you write. Not taking customers yet.
support@nightshiftsoftware.co.uk
Anything else
Billing, invoices, data requests, security, press, or you are not sure which product you mean.
support@nightshiftsoftware.co.uk

Writing to the wrong one is fine. It reaches the same person and nothing gets lost, it just takes a little longer.

What to include

For anything that looks like a bug, these four things turn a round trip into a fix:

Do not send us passwords or card numbers. We will never ask for either, and we cannot see your card details at all: they go straight to Stripe.

Billing

You can cancel a subscription from inside the service without asking us. What we can do by email is find a charge, send you an invoice, or refund you where the refund policy says we should.

If you think you have been charged wrongly, email us before raising it with your bank. We can usually put it right the same day.

Your data

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, check the service first: where there is a button for it, using it is faster than us doing it by hand. Otherwise email support@nightshiftsoftware.co.uk and we will treat it as a request under data protection law. The privacy policy sets out the rights you have.

Security

Report a vulnerability to support@nightshiftsoftware.co.uk. The acceptable use policy describes what we ask of you while you are testing, and what we promise in return.

If we get it wrong

Complain to the same address and say that is what you are doing, so it is not read as another support question. If you are unhappy with how we handle personal data specifically, you can also go to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you gave us a chance first.
